Jim Thompson’s House

Jim Thompson’s house is one of the most well-preserved traditional Thai houses in the city. Once home to the American silk entrepreneur Jim Thompson, this remarkable house-cum-museum accommodates Thompson’s vast collection of antiques and artworks from all over the Southeast Asian region.

The Jim Thompson shop is sellin clothes made of hand-woven Thai silk which is produced in their own factory and world-famous for its exceptional luster, texture, and its striking complement of contrasting colors.
